All eligible return applications enjoy zero additional cost. Customers do not need to bear any return shipping fees or handling fees. All return-related logistics costs are fully covered by our store.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and complete the inspection of your returned products, the official refund process will be initiated. The entire refund procedure will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account.
Return Exclusion
Returns that fail inspection due to artificial damage, private modification, missing original accessories, or severe packaging damage caused by personal reasons will not be eligible for free return and refund services.
