Warranty Coverage
All storage products purchased from our store enjoy official standardized warranty services. The warranty covers all non-artificial product performance failures, including but not limited to storage recognition failure, normal use performance abnormality, and factory quality defects.
Warranty Terms
During the valid warranty period, for products with non-artificial quality and performance problems, we provide free maintenance, free replacement, and corresponding after-sales technical support services. Users do not need to bear additional maintenance fees, accessory fees, or service handling fees for warranty-eligible problems.
Warranty Exclusion
The warranty service does not cover failures and damages caused by artificial factors, including private disassembly and modification, improper use, external impact damage, water immersion, dust corrosion, and failure caused by non-matching external equipment. Damage caused by unauthorized repair will also be excluded from warranty coverage.

Users can initiate warranty service applications through the official contact page. We will verify the product order information and fault conditions, and provide corresponding warranty solutions in accordance with official warranty rules.
